HEALTH comes first at the new health care practices opening soon at the recently completed North Lakes Medical Centre.
Healthy Inspirations, a women's only exercise and weight loss centre and Family Wellness Chiropractic North Lakes have already opened for business at the centre.
HealthFirst Medical Centre, North Lakes Optometry, North Lakes Family Smile (dentistry) and Ethos Orthodontics are due to open during the next few weeks.
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology and North Lakes Beauty and Skin Care Clinic are due to open in the new year.
HealthFirst Medical Centre chief operations officer Scott Osborne said he was ``absolutely excited'' with the opening of their centre.
"This is our first medical centre of a chain we are planning to open across Brisbane,'' Mr Osborne said.
"Our focus is preventative medicine as opposed to reacting medicine,'' he said.
Mr Osborne said HealthFirst would offer bulk billing for pensioners, those under 16 years and health care card holders.
